Holidays are soooo precious!
We wanted to do something different for the Vesak Day Holiday.
And we did! We baked donuts (for the 1st time)!
After queueing up at Vivo donut shop for half an hr to pay $11 for a dozen of assorted donuts, we are convinced that we can do it ourselves! (It's really not that yummy - that dozen).

The dough after left to rise on their own for an hour (they doubled their sizes) and ready to be cooked!

Chunky peanut butter, nutella, kaya, icing sugar, hundreds & thousands, chocolate mash, milo & plain.
Our resident food tasters chomping on their donuts. :)
Nothing makes me happier than to see their happy & satisfied faces and round tum-tums!
And they had more to take to school the next day for breakfast! :)
So happy!!
