Yiyi's Birthday

We celebrated my dear sister's birthday last sunday. Doesn't she look like me? At least that's what people ALWAYS say! Well, she's slimmer, has long hair and smarter! Way Smarter! She's always been the pride of our household - she's a scientist, a linguist, and walking dictionary for what-medicine-to-eat-when-you-have-xxx-symptoms! Haha... But most of all, she is a much loved sister, daughter, yiyi and buddy :) And up there is a pic of her and my bro-in-law, Drew. Her first birthday since their wedding in March this year.

PS: A note about the birthday cake, specially ordered for the birthday gal. It's the signature cheesecake from Little Foot Patisserie, again! Read about our first cake from them - Durian Decadence here. The checkered effect is a little fuzzy in this picture, but it's actually one square of choc sponge cake, and another square of cheese alternating. It's REALLY yummilicious. $38 well spent. :)
